The company Glamour Beauty Center. Hereinafter referred to as the “Data Administrator”.

User: Natural persons with full legal capacity who access the services offered by the Service Provider by accepting the Terms of Use and completing the registration process.
Establishment: Establishments where beauty services are provided.
Owner: The status given to the User who has the authority to manage information related to the organization.
Profile: The place on the Site where information and opinions about any Organization are collected.
Service: The service provided electronically is based on the process of exchanging data through public information processing and telecommunication systems in line with the request of the service recipient (User). The parties do not need to be present at the same time during these transactions.
The Service Provider provides the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use.
The Terms of Use are binding for the User without the need to sign any additional agreement.
The Service Provider provides the following Services:
To enable users to publish information about organizations, catalogued by province, city and category, and to publish user satisfaction evaluations,
To make the search engine accessible to organizations,
To make notifications regarding new information and satisfaction evaluations,
To enable organizations that want to benefit from the reservation opportunity to make their reservations using the pre-reservation system and call center offered by the Site.
All services provided on the site are free of charge. There is no fee for registration and entering basic information about the organizations.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make any of the services provided within the scope of the Site chargeable and is also obliged to notify such changes in a reasonable period of time.
The conditions that must be met in order to benefit from the services are as follows:
Having access to the internet network,
Having a mobile phone and mobile phone number,
Have one of the following internet browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE, Opera updated to the latest version
Information and opinions about organizations are publicly available, and anyone can use the search engine.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of the Services during the modernization of the Site or maintenance work to be carried out on the information technology and telecommunication systems.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in the provision of the Services due to reasons beyond its control.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible to the User for not attending the appointment or to the Institution. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible to the User for not receiving the service due to reasons arising from the Institution. In the event of a situation that prevents the appointment from taking place, the parties are obliged to cancel the appointment and inform the other party of the situation by phone. The Service Provider is only obliged to provide a system that allows reservations.
Opinions and information about organizations can only be based on the User’s personal experiences. They cannot be based on the narrations of third parties.
A User is not allowed to submit more than one comment regarding the same transaction.
It is strictly forbidden to publish content that is partially or completely within the scope of the relevant legislation’s prohibitions on advertisements, similar activities or other content, or that aims to advertise or promote any third party or institution.
Information, opinions and comments cannot be contrary to the law and social life rules. In detail, it is forbidden to use obscene, profane and insulting expressions, to give name calling, to give information about private and family life, to claim that a crime has been committed, to call for violence and hatred based on racial, religious, ethnic, etc. differences.
The user accepts and undertakes that he/she is personally and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the information he/she adds or whether it violates the rights of third parties.
The Service Provider has the right to refuse to publish opinions and information that violate the Terms of Use or the law and to delete those already published.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the content of the information, opinions and comments entered by the Users.
The Service Provider does not assume any responsibility for the content and structure of the information and materials placed on the Site by the User. The User accepts and undertakes that he/she is solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the information he/she adds or whether it violates the rights of third parties.
The User is fully responsible for any damages that may arise from his/her actions on the Site and any illegal actions. These actions include, but are not limited to, providing inaccurate information, disclosing professional or other secrets, violating personal rights or copyrights or similar rights, and prohibiting advertisements/advertisements.

The Service Provider will use all reasonable efforts to ensure the correct operation of the Site and will provide support in resolving problems related to the operation of the Site.
Warnings, complaints, suggestions and errors regarding the site will be made by sending an e-mail to info@glamourguzellikmerkezi.com.
Responses to complaints will be sent to the User’s e-mail address as soon as possible.

These complaints will be processed within 14 days after they are submitted. If this is not possible within this period, the Service Provider will notify the reason for the delay and the new period before this period expires.
The Service Provider reserves the right not to process a complaint if the complaint arises from ignorance of these Terms of Use, the annexes to the Terms of Use or the provisions of the law.
It is only possible to refer claims for compensation to the courts if the Complaint/Objection/Refund procedure is unsuccessful.
The Service Provider has the right to change the Terms of Use unilaterally. Before such a change, Users will be informed of these changes by a notification sent to the mobile phone number provided during the reservation registration.
The user is responsible for situations that may arise as a result of providing a mobile phone number that is not authorized to be accessed, is incorrect or belongs to someone else, especially
The relations between the parties are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The provisions of the relevant legislation are binding on matters not regulated by the Terms of Use.
The courts at the location of the Service Provider’s headquarters are competent to resolve disputes related to the Services provided.
This Terms of Use supersedes the provisions of the previous Terms of Use and enters into force on the day it is published on the Site.
